Amanda | Robins Class

Hi, there! My name is Amanda, and I am so excited to join the amazing team at BAPP! Three of my four children have been lucky enough to attend BAPP, and they all have the fondest memories of their time spent as part of this incredible community. My background and my joy lie in education and the childhood experience – I taught in Chesterfield County before raising my own children. I was actively involved in 4-H both as a member and a leader, I co-founded a small, independent, nature-based scouting troop in Richmond, and I have dipped my toes into the homeschooling community a few times. I am passionate about enabling children to grow and thrive in a warm and loving environment with an emphasis on curiosity and exploration. My four daughters and I live in the North Chesterfield area with our veritable menagerie – one dog, two cats, a rabbit, a few chickens, and a handful of honeybees. In my free time, you’ll find me gardening, hiking, camping, or simply exploring the Greater Richmond area. I am so looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know your children!
