Amanda’s passion for BAPP runs deep – it is rooted in a genuine love for the children, families, and community that make this place so special. Amanda taught in Chesterfield County Public Schools before beginning her adventures as a stay-at-home parent to four daughters. She discovered BAPP through an online natural and attachment parenting community over a decade ago, and she fell in love with the Reggio philosophy paired with the warmth and authentic care that radiates from every member of the staff. Amanda first joined the school as a substitute teacher, then transitioned into a permanent position, and ultimately stepped into a leadership role. She is committed to keeping BAPP the magical, welcoming place that feels like a second home to each person who walks through its doors.
